The world is my itinerary.

So I spend a lot of time writing about hiking and mountains, these are my happy places.  However, let bygones be bygones, my actual happy place is on the deck of a boat sailing the world.

Rest assured, I can find total relaxation in the deepest wilderness, but on the flip side of the coin, I can also find the same on the ocean.

At the age of 45, I think I have balanced my time between ocean and mountains equally. The mountains give me a sense of solitude and adventure.  Whilst the oceans also give me the same, they also give me life. having been a certified diver for many years, I always enjoy the depths the oceans bring.

All right back to reality. If it was my choice, and it is, I would love to wake up each morning to the sound of waves splashing the hull.  Sipping coffee and watching the sun rise over the horizon where it meets the water.  When the time comes, pull up anchor and set sails and let the wind take me to my next destination.

No more corporate greed, no more managing asshats. Why do I need to subject myself to other peoples problems? I shouldn’t have to change to fit some particular corporate culture. I am who I am.  I enjoy life.  I enjoy meeting like-minded people.

I know this is short and choppy, I will probably edit it later in the day.
